Too many roof penetrations were installed on the building before Baker Builders installed this new re-roof. Thus, a new VP re-roof and high metal-over-metal roof system was installed with custom edge roof trims.
Baker Builders relocated as many penetrations to the wall as possible and installed proper deck tiles and curbs with the new roof system to ensure a 20-year weathertight warranty.
