Housing 10 service bays with a 17’ eave, this 6,000 sq. ft. facility includes offices, an upscale reception area to welcome customers and a comfortable employee break room. Additional parts storage was accomplished by incorporating a mezzanine area above the offices. For future expansion, Durand Builders designed the facility with an expandable end wall. A below eave canopy dresses up the front of the building and provides protection from the elements for customers. The addition of ledge-stone wainscot adds to the angled front entrance and makes for an eye-catching detail.
