The CTI Facility has four maintenance bays, a 4-bay fuel island with a 20,000-gallon diesel fuel tank, and a dedicated truck wash area. The building is also the new headquarters for CTI, complete with offices, conference, and training spaces accounting for 18,000 sq. ft. of the building. This project was recognized as a 2024 Hall of Fame Winner in the Automotive category.
