This project entailed many updates including the front façade and the roof, but specifically what was built between and attached to two existing buildings. The challenges working on this older building were twofold, it was not square, and the base was not level.
The project progressed working closely with the owners, architect, structural engineer, and the BlueScope Conventional Services team to design and erect the structure with minimal on-site fabrication. The challenges were managed by getting accurate, existing measurements and elevations. This project was recognized as a 2024 Hall of Fame Winner in the Conventional category.
