This building was a Fast-Track building that utilized the Varco Pruden Rigid Frame system. Corrugated metal was used for both the roof and wall profile and in gray and black, giving a sleek look.
Cedarpoint Trucking is an organization of professional drivers who now have their headquarters in the Thunderbird Business Park in Thornton, ID. This project was recognized as a 2024 Hall of Fame Winner in the Office category.
