Varco Pruden Girts deliver reliable alignment and structural reliability for exterior wall systems. Their C-shaped or Z-shaped profiles and optimized spacing create a consistent framework for efficient installation and long-term durability.
- Formed from G30 galvanized steel with clear acrylic coating for material consistency
- Available in 7", 8½", 10" and 11½" depths to suit varied wall conditions
- Nestable geometry offers compact freight and efficient jobsite staging
Purlins
Varco Pruden Purlins deliver assurance for roof systems with C-shaped and Z-shaped profiles that optimize strength and alignment. Consistent geometry strengthens long-term roof performance.
- Formed from G30 galvanized steel with clear acrylic coating for material consistency
- Standard Z- and C-sections includes Z-sections in 7", 8 1/2", 10" and 11 1/2" depths for lapped continuity, with C-sections for end bays
- Nestable geometry offers compact freight and efficient jobsite staging
WideBay™ Trussed Purlins
Engineered for spans up to 60 feet, WideBay Trussed Purlins feature a design that improves erection speed and accuracy. Its lighter weight reduces freight cost and delivers long-term corrosion resistance.
- Available in multiple depths to optimize performance across 12 - 60′ bay spacing
- Reduces erection labor and installed cost compared to traditional bar joist solution
- Galvanized finish eliminates the need for field painting, and improves durability and reflectivity
Transbay™ Bar Joist System
Designed for facilities requiring large, open areas and wide bay spacing, the Transbay Bar Joist System provides a structural solution for supporting long spans.
- Accommodates bay spacing beginning at 40′ and above
- Supports mechanical, electrical and fire protection routing through joist web openings
- Integrates with VP primary framing for coordinated structural performance
- Compatible with SSR and SLR II roof systems used in large-span applications
