Located in Napa, California, Dearden Wines is known for several flagship varieties of Sleeping Giant Wines. The vineyard property sits on 11.6-acres. In 2020, the company broke ground on a new boutique winery, a Varco Pruden metal building.

The exterior skin of the building combines traditional pre-engineered metal building framing and steel stud framing with a board and batt skin to give it a rustic barn look. Thoughtfully designed, engineered, and manufactured to meet all of the owner’s needs, the building features a crush pad, a tasting room, offices, barrel storage, and a production facility.

This stunning facility was recognized as a 2023 Hall of Fame “best of category” winner in the Agriculture category.
