PRx Performance has a passion for fitting fitness into life. The company’s creativity and innovation led it to an appearance on the television show Shark Tank in 2016. After the prime-time exposure, business exploded! Consumers fell in love with PRx and its business model to provide everything individuals and families need for the perfect home gym. As the company grew, it required a new space to call home.
On To Bigger Things
PRx identified Enclave as its partner for a new headquarters facility. A unified real estate investment firm, Enclave’s in-house development, construction and management teams create industrial, multifamily, and commercial spaces across the Midwest and Mountain West.
Enclave enlisted its strategic business partner, Valor Contracting, to provide and erect the pre-engineered metal structure sourced from Varco Pruden. A build-to-suit project, the facility was tailored to the client’s needs, accommodating in-house manufacturing and distribution while serving as a corporate office and promoting future business growth!

We knew PRx wanted to integrate offices, manufacturing, storage, and distribution into a single facility, and we were happy to deliver a building they can work in and grow with for years to come!”
The Finish Line
In January 2022, the company moved to its new 190,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Fargo, North Dakota. Paying homage to its path to success, the company dubbed its showroom “The Shark Tank” with custom displays for product demonstrations. The showroom allows potential customers to envision their space by seeing home-gym variations created with PRx Performance equipment in space-saving arrangements.
In addition to its showroom, the new PRx facility includes two floors of office space, a recreation area, an employee gym with showers, consultation rooms, and a dedicated space for research & development.
Working with Enclave and Valor Contracting, the company achieved its goal of housing manufacturing operations, warehouse storage, and distribution under one roof. The manufacturing area includes two overhead cranes, a paint booth, and an automated monorail conveyor system.
Going Green
For this project, PRx identified priorities for green initiatives, including installing a solar photovoltaic system. The solar panels were installed on top of the Varco Pruden SSR™ Roof System, giving PRx the most extensive commercial solar panel system in North Dakota. The company added electric vehicle charging stations and improved recycling capabilities to further support its green initiatives. True to the green theme, the exterior of the building is complemented by native plants.
