Precision Coordination
Integrated detailing help teams align systems accurately before materials ever reach the jobsite.
Entertainment venues must continuously evolve to meet changing customer expectations. For Rockin' Jump, that meant creating an environment where multiple attractions could operate within one cohesive space without limiting future growth.
The result is a flexible facility designed around visibility, circulation and adaptability, allowing the business to deliver a dynamic guest experience while supporting efficient operations.

Rockin' Jump
Not every building is designed around products, inventory or manufacturing processes.
Some are designed around experiences.
That was the challenge facing Rockin' Jump when plans were developed for a new indoor trampoline and adventure park in Dublin, Ohio. The business needed a facility capable of supporting a wide variety of attractions while providing the flexibility to adapt as customer expectations evolved. Success depended on creating large open spaces, clear sightlines and an environment where guests could move easily between activities.
Working with Dublin Building Systems, a Varco Pruden™ Builder, Rockin' Jump developed a facility tailored to those requirements. The completed building provides a destination where recreation, entertainment and community activities can coexist within a single flexible environment.
Unlike many commercial facilities, entertainment venues must accommodate constant movement. Guests circulate throughout the building, attractions evolve over time and operators need the ability to reconfigure spaces as new activities are introduced. From the outset, the project team focused on creating a structure that could support those realities without limiting future opportunities.
At the heart of the facility is a large open-span environment that allows attractions to be organized without significant structural interruptions. This flexibility gave Rockin' Jump the ability to incorporate multiple activity zones while maintaining visibility across the facility.
The building accommodates trampoline courts, foam pits, dodgeball areas, climbing attractions and other recreational features designed to appeal to a wide range of visitors. Rather than dedicating the building to a single activity, the layout supports multiple experiences operating simultaneously.
That adaptability is one of the key advantages of the Varco Pruden approach. Every project begins by understanding how a customer intends to use the space and then developing a solution around those goals. For Rockin' Jump, that meant prioritizing flexibility, circulation and long-term adaptability.
The open layout also supports operational efficiency. Staff can monitor activity areas more effectively while guests benefit from clear pathways and improved visibility throughout the facility. The result is an environment that feels connected rather than segmented.
Entertainment businesses face a unique challenge: customer expectations rarely stay the same.
New attractions emerge, trends change and operators must continually adapt to remain relevant. The ability to modify spaces without extensive structural changes becomes an important advantage.
The Rockin' Jump facility was designed with that reality in mind. The building provides the flexibility to accommodate future modifications while continuing to support day-to-day operations. As attractions evolve, the facility can evolve with them.
This approach aligns closely with Varco Pruden's philosophy of designing for possibility. Rather than creating a building for a single moment in time, the goal is to create a facility capable of supporting future opportunities.
The project also demonstrates the value of collaboration. Through coordination among ownership, Dublin Building Systems and Varco Pruden, the team developed a solution that balanced operational requirements with guest experience objectives.
Today, Rockin' Jump serves as more than an indoor entertainment venue.
It is a destination where families gather, friends connect and community events take place. The building supports recreational activities, birthday parties, group events and everyday entertainment within a single environment designed around flexibility.
Its success is rooted not only in the attractions it contains but in the building's ability to support them. Large-span spaces, adaptable layouts and efficient circulation provide the foundation for an experience-driven business model.
For Rockin' Jump, the facility created the space needed to deliver a dynamic guest experience while maintaining the flexibility to adapt as the business grows.
For Varco Pruden, the project demonstrates how engineered flexibility can help transform a building into something more than a structure. It becomes a platform for experience, engagement and future opportunity.
That outcome reflects the essence of the VP approach: understanding the customer's vision and developing a building solution that helps bring it to life.
