That was the challenge facing Rockin' Jump when plans were developed for a new indoor trampoline and adventure park in Dublin, Ohio. The business needed a facility capable of supporting a wide variety of attractions while providing the flexibility to adapt as customer expectations evolved. Success depended on creating large open spaces, clear sightlines and an environment where guests could move easily between activities.

Working with Dublin Building Systems, a Varco Pruden™ Builder, Rockin' Jump developed a facility tailored to those requirements. The completed building provides a destination where recreation, entertainment and community activities can coexist within a single flexible environment.

Unlike many commercial facilities, entertainment venues must accommodate constant movement. Guests circulate throughout the building, attractions evolve over time and operators need the ability to reconfigure spaces as new activities are introduced. From the outset, the project team focused on creating a structure that could support those realities without limiting future opportunities.

Designed around flexibility

At the heart of the facility is a large open-span environment that allows attractions to be organized without significant structural interruptions. This flexibility gave Rockin' Jump the ability to incorporate multiple activity zones while maintaining visibility across the facility.

The building accommodates trampoline courts, foam pits, dodgeball areas, climbing attractions and other recreational features designed to appeal to a wide range of visitors. Rather than dedicating the building to a single activity, the layout supports multiple experiences operating simultaneously.
