This Fast-Track building has batten-style exterior panels and lots of glass. Girts were installed every two feet to maintain the proper performance of the panel. The construction team also wanted to give the build more of a high-end residential feel, which the eave, rake extensions, and storefront glass helped to achieve. This project was recognized as a 2024 Hall of Fame Winner in the Fast-Track category.
