Drivers on State Highway K-254 in Kansas can’t help but notice this new building. In fact, the facility has received numerous compliments because of its stunning look and the desirable location right off the highway. The Varco Pruden metal building is the new home to James Mason Enterprises, a nationwide freight carrier. It has a shop with multiple pull-through mechanic bays, a standing seam roof, a trench drain, and heated floors. The shop also has a fabrication bay and a drive-through wash bay. The office building has a beautiful aesthetic with a colored roof, masonry corners and abundant storefront glass. The lobby has colored polished concrete and includes an overhead glass door. This feature allows the owners to pull-in an antique semi-truck to be parked and displayed within the lobby.
This building’s details are first class, from the office finishes to the building details. Even the perimeter fence is completely black PVC-coated to give it an extra clean look. The facility was recognized as a 2023 Hall of Fame “best of category” winner in the Automotive category.
