With views of Mt. Rainier the building has meeting rooms and offices for community services and other activities, and an attached youth center with classrooms, activity rooms, and staff offices. Additionally, there’s an elevated running track with radius corners, a grand entry with a large fireplace, and a porte-cochère for covered drop-offs. Designed as a Cat IV Essential Facility, it can be used as an emergency gathering place if needed. High seismic loads and essential facility classification resulted in a unique bracing solution utilizing multiple bracing products including WRB Braces. It was recognized as a 2024 Hall of Fame Winner in the Government category.
