This new construction veterinary clinic and dog rescue facility is a 4,000 sq. ft. single story building with waiting area, exam rooms, pharmacy, X-Ray, surgery suite, isolation ward, hospital ward, washroom, commercial laundry room/equipment, and indoor/outdoor kennel. This facility also features a state-of-the-art HVAC system intended to maximize the health and well-being of the animals being cared for.

During the submittal/approval phase of the project, the Builder faced several challenges in regard to coordinating the window and door openings, ceiling heights, and wall framing with the PEMB structure. The VP Fast-Track team was able to accommodate Builder needs via a “Fast Track Hybrid” approach and made everything fit together just as planned. This effort paid off tremendously and eliminated many potential issues in the field.
