This project was both a building addition and renovation. The original design of the building called for structural steel, but a VP system was used in lieu of this to reduce overall building shell costs, and it provided a clear span frame and single slope roof. VP’s Panel Rib™ wall system was used on the rear and endwall. EIFS was also used on the exterior walls. The structure consisted of stepped-width frames for angled walls along rear bays and wind beams for stud/parapet front facade.
