This new building replaced an outdated structure. In addition to two 60’ x 100’ new construction “wings,” modifications included new wall panels, windows and decorative cornice. The existing awnings were renovated and used in the final building. The north wing of the building incorporated PrisMAX SL™ skylights, full-height Panel Rib™ wall panels and full glass overhead doors. The team had to compensate drainage around the two structural steel brick and block entries with the curved windows by using cricket diverters.
