This 10,500-square-foot vehicle maintenance shop was a project based on a schematic drawing provided by the owner. The building is comprised of a 600-square-foot lubricant storage room and a 5,200-square-foot office facility. The building has a 2:12 roof slope and clear span. Along with VP’s Panel Rib™ panels, brick was also used on the exterior of the building.
