Mobile Defenders provides and distributes mobile repair products and accessories to retailers across the country. After experiencing rapid growth with eduPARTS, its segment that provides repair parts to K-12 schools, the company needed a new facility. It tapped VP Builder Veneklasen Construction to design its new headquarters.
The Varco Pruden metal building is an 89,421-square-foot multi-unit office building with warehouse space. The building also includes a large break room for employees, as well as charging stations in the parking lot for electric vehicles.
This facility was recognized as a 2023 Hall of Fame “best of category” winner in the Office category.
