This 35,000 sq. ft. building features 7,500 sq. ft. of truck repair area and 2,600 sq. ft. of automotive repair area. The remainder of the building is used for tire storage, offices and a showroom. The building features a space frame front entry along with a split face block wainscot along with a mezzanine office component. Several accessories were used for safety and conservation including ridge vents, Sky-Web II® and VP’s PrisMAX™ skylights. Vinyl faced batts in the walls and roof, 14 seer HVAC equipment and a lighting system were also used for energy efficiency.
