The greatest challenge of this project was designing an attractive building that was smaller in size, could meet the tight cost restrictions as an industrial spec building, and stay within VP’s Fast-Track guidelines. This ultimately was successful by utilizing a creative mix of insulated metal panels with different colors and textures. It took a lot of creative metal trim work and up-front design considerations to keep Fast-Track status and the outcome was a good-looking industrial office building that quickly filled with tenants.
