The New Holland Brewing Co. is a cool little brewery in the heart of downtown Battle Creek, MI. The building is tied into a tight corner between the existing building and the road and features a spacious beer garden with a small distillery operation.

This building is designed with a steeper slope and utilizes an SLR II roof and an internal gutter system. On the underside of the building, the construction team installed a colored liner panel which required constant coordination and the other trade to locate penetrations and attachments. The Pioneer team had very limited site access to install this building so everything from staging to equipment setup needed to be carefully coordinated. This project has been recognized as a 2024 Hall of Fame Winner in the Retail category.
